Jessica,
Thanks for your poll question on this subject. It was a topic of conversation at a local restaurant last week, when someone overheard me discussing it, and it almost because a group discussion. As a former Council member, I am sure there are other areas where the budget can be cut to resume the regular twice-weekly pickup.
