ReplyI have been to many other dog events such as the K-9 Karnival, but I must say the Oradell Special Events Committee was the best well run one I have ever seen. I would have liked it even better if there was a presentation of the real police K-9 dogs.

Isn't that what K-9 is for? Perhaps if they had let the dog(s) in the apartment, get the scent of Ms. Klee, they wouldn't have gone off searching in the woods, the dog may have brought the police right to her body....

ReplyJust to let everyone know, MR HEKEMIAN has his nose up in Montvale too if anyone was unaware. The old Di Pieros farm is now coming under fire so they can raze it and have a Wegmans, townhomes etc be built. The people of Montvale are against it for the same reason NM is for the building of a new Shop Rite on the UW land. There is a big difference in the rural setting where this would be built compared to the small town of NM. I have been to a Wegman's & to put it mildly...they make Whole Foods, Fairway, Kings look sick. However, I still don't want Mr. H to have his way with my hometown of NM.....Boo-Hisss...Go Away!!

I grew up in New Milford as has so many others who post on this board. I walked past that chain link fence along River Road every day going to the High School & stared into that empty "swamp" as you call it wondering what was it, what do they plan to do with it & would there ever be anything on it. For years it stood barren. What is the big deal now, I ask, why doe's "something" have to be there "now"?.......

Have any of you been in the High School lately? The girls rest room by the cafeteria is falling apart....disgusting. Now they are saying they want to improve the infrastructure including the auditorium? I can only imagine what shape that is in now....

NMDMEM-Your posting name intrigues me, aren't we all trying to do the same? That business you speak about, I believe it sells/rents garden equipment, snow blowers, sharpens things etc., dontcha think they are only trying to make a living!?
