That's all we've got for right now - while I don't have the information to back this up right in front of me, my *guess* is that it might be the SE purely from a zoning perspective. I thought it was a little strange myself, but if that's how they're reporting it, it's got to based on something factual. One would hope, anyway. If more information becomes available to us, I'll post a follow up for certain. -

Seriously - the area has gotten so fussy, the residents aren't going to be satisfied until business grinds to a halt. Move to Lexington, folks - you can't have it both ways!
