For Memorial Day this year, they were nice enough to share their recipe for a huge batch of pico de gallo, the perfect addition to a barbecue. Ingredients: 1 box (25 lbs.) diced tomatoes 2 large onions, diced 1 large handful of finely chopped cilantro 1 cup of salt 4 limes Mix the tomatoes, onions, cilantro and salt.
