Each week, we’ll tell you about one great idea to give you a much deserved break. Sometimes the best way to relieve stress is to get active. This week, try the Pilates Fusion fitness program at Mariann's School of Dance. The regimen combines Pilates, yoga and ballet techniques to improve strength, balance, endurance and overall health. The program was designed and is run by Lauren Hammerle, a certified Balanced Body University pilates mat instructor. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. Make sure to register in advance and bring your mat. Also, join with a friend and you each get a free class.
