Hi Carlos, I'm really sorry you had that experience... some people don't belong in their jobs. It shouldn't be that hard to get an impounded pet, especially at the rate they put them down. But please don't let the random idiots keep you from rescuing one of these beautiful animals who are desperate for love, attention, and a stay of execution.
