Sanzari Approval Rescinded, United Water Property Hearing Top the Week Ahead
Special Zoning Board meeting leads the week in New Milford
There will be a special meeting of the Zoning Board Monday at 7:15 pm in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall. On the agenda is the adoption of a resolution rescinding the approval of the variances granted to Sanzari's New Bridge Inn at their regular meeting on Oct. 8 and the ordering of a re-hearing. Variances to construct a parking lot where two residential dwellings are currently located and expand the restaurant by 935 square feet had been approved at the Oct. 8 meeting of the Zoning Board. Also, use, impervious lot coverage, front and side yard setback, off street parking, signs and seating were also approved. No official will comment as to why the variance has been rescinded and a hearing re-ordered could be obtained by Patch at time…
