In front of an audience of about 80 at Hofstra University in Nassau County, Obama questioned Romney's truthfulness and pressed him on the details of his economic plan, which the president called "sketchy." A state judge has ruled against objectors seeking to remove President Barack Obama's name from New Jersey's upcoming primary ballot. Administrative Law Judge Jeff Masin ruled against the ballot challenge following a more than three-hour hearing earlier this week, according to attorney Mario Apuzzo, who represents two New Jersey men who brought the challenge. The challenge centered on the men's contention that Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States and that a birth certificate released by the White House last April is fraudulent.
