Green Knights Playing For The State Championship Saturday

Assistant Football Coach Cottiers asks residents to come out and support the team as they make a play for the title.

Residents of New Milford: This Saturday, December 8th, 2012, our New Milford Knights Football Team plays for its first State Championship in 26 years. Unlike 2007, when our Knights played at MetLife Stadium, this game will be played at Kean University in Union, NJ this Saturday (12/8) at 1pm. This is a special group of kids. They deserve as much support as possible as they try to bring home a State Championship trophy back to New Milford. This past Friday we were forced to play our home semifinal game at Dumont High School because of an unplayable field. No one was pleased about this.
