Turkey Drive Returns To Ascension Church
Because Pathmark is not donating this year, the church is looking for donors.
The service ministry of Ascension Church is asking for your help in making their annual Turkey Drive a success. The drive will take place, Sunday, November 18, at 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Church Parking Lot on the Rectory side. The service ministry wil be collecting turkeys, food for thanksgiving and any thanksgiving staple. If you have any more information please call John Stephens at 201 836 6684 or joanstephens@opton.net Over 130 turkeys were collected last year, but sadly, Pathmark is not giving out free turkeys this year. This annual drive is to benefit local residents. The New Milford Food Pantry is located at Ascension Church.
