Garden Cafe has the nicest outdoor seating in the county that doesn't involve breaking the bank. The menu is limited -- sandwiches, paninis, wraps, burgers, mini-pizzas, soups, salads, coffee drinks and soft drinks. But the food is nicely prepared, fresh, and tasty. For a leisurely lunch on a nice warm day in a friendly atmosphere, this is a hidden gem.
Thursday night is pasta night, Friday is all you can eat fish & chips night with $5 appetizers and mini-pizzas, Saturday is wings night.
Best bets:
Onion rings -- thick-cut sweet onions, batter-dipped and served blazing hot.
Japapeno poppers - crisp, cheesy, hot, and delicious
Chicken quesadilla -- loaded with white meat chicken, cheddar, peppers and onions
Burgers - 7 oz. angus beef, grilled as you like it.
Garden Cafe is a great place to eat. We have been going there for many years and the food and staff have always been great.
