Congregation Beth Tikvah has been a part of the Borough of New Milford for more than 50 years. It was originally formed in a borough residence as the New Milford Jewish Center by 60 families. As the number of members climbed, the congregation constructed a larger building in 1965, which they are still in today. The congregation offers religious education for children and many programs for adults.
