Seahawks Defensive Coordinator Lights Up for Hometown Support at Super Bowl

Dan Quinn will coach in the biggest game of his career just a few miles from where he grew up in Morris Township. See what a few of his star players had to say about him.

Morris Township's Dan Quinn is compiling a game plan to stop one of the most prolific offenses in NFL history for the Super Bowl.

Luckily for him, he gets to do it in his home state, just a few minutes away from his native Morris Township.

Quinn, the Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator, spent Super Bowl Media Day talking about Xs and Os, but lit up (as you'll see in the video) when Patch asked him about playing in front of his hometown crowd.

The Morristown High School graduate acknowledged the coaches who helped him grow and learn the game of football, and said his hometown has been very supportive.

When it came to football, however, Quinn said it didn't matter the venue: he and the Seahawks are here to win a championship.
