Knowshon Moreno: Super Bowl Homecoming is All Business

Middletown High School grad enjoying time with family, but considers stay in his home state a 'business trip.'

Knowshon Moreno of the Denver Broncos is the second-all time leading rusher in New Jersey history with more than 6,800 yards and is the state's all-time leading scorer with 728 points on 128 touchdowns.

The Middletown High School grad is happy to be back home, around family and eating pizza every day, but this is no vacation for him.

“It’s a business trip really,” Moreno said. “You enjoy it, especially this early and be grateful to be a part of [the Super Bowl].  At the same time, we’re here for a reason. We’re here to work. We’re here to get better. We’re here to come out with a big victory. We know we are going to be in for a dogfight.

Moreno broke the 1,000-yard rushing mark this season for the first time in his career and he punched in 10 touchdowns to go along with it. The Belford native is looking to keep on trucking, scoring touchdowns and hopes to kiss the Lombardi Trophy at MetLife on Sunday night.

In the video above, Moreno talks about the impact the weather may have, the Seattle defense and his teammates.
