Lady Knights Take Top Honors in Cavo Cheer Competition
In their first competition of the year, the New Milford Lady Knights cheerleaders took first pace.
The New Milford High School Cheerleaders finished first in the 11th Annual Cavo Cheer Challenge at Emerson High School on Saturday.
The Cavo Cheer Challenge is recognized as a certified competition by the New Jersey Cheer & Dance Coaches Association and earns the Lady Knights points toward the NJCDCA Group Championships.

“Congratulations to the Lady Knights Cheerleaders for coming in first place on Saturday at the Emerson high school cheer competition! The girls defeated both Northern Valley Old Tappan and Glen Ridge for the win!”
