The North Jersey Interscholastic Conference held their Indoor Track and Field League Championships over the weekend.

A number of New Milford High School’s runners and jumpers took part in the event, a few medaled and one Knight even took home gold and set a new school record.

Kevin Teets, a senior, set a school record for the 800 meter run when he clocked a time of 2:04.6. Teets’ run added 10 points to New Milford’s total on the day and the Knights (boys) finished 5th on the day.
