New Milford Man Had Hundreds of Child Pornography Files, County Prosecutor Says

A 30-year-old New Milford man was arrested Tuesday for possessing hundreds of images of child pornography, according to the Bergen County prosecutor.

Jackson T. Dietrich was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a minor, specifically possession and distribution of child pornography, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.

The arrest came about as a result of an investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Computer Crimes Unit, under the direction of Chief Steven Cucciniello and the New Milford Police Department under the direction of Chief Frank Papapietro.

“In this case, the child pornography contained hundreds of images and/or videos of pre-pubescent children engaged in sexual acts,” Molinelli said.
