Cockroach infestation at Brookchester apatments.. Landlords have not told anyone who is living in the adjacent apartments what is happening...Neighbors are moving out quickly...Was the board of health even notified of this. Is anything being done to stop the problem...If they are fumigating all these apartments shouldn't other tenants be notified...
