Riverkeeper or UW Keeper?

The Riverkeeper has scheduled a cleanup of volunteers on United Water private property for this Saturday and not the public side of the river. His allegiance is to UW & not presevation of the river. UW donates $$ to The Riverkeeper who uses volunteers to clean up UW property?  Let them pay to clean it up themselves. What a scam.
