NMHS Boys, Girls Bowling Coach Honored by NJSIAA

April Millian was honored by the NJSIAA.

The NJSIAA inducted new members to their Hall of Fame on Monday and also named the recipients of their annual sports awards. A New Milford High School coach was on the list.

According to an nj.com report, April Millian was honored as the recipient of the annual award given out by the NJSIAA for bowling.

Millian led the 2013 Knights co-ed team to an NJIC Patriot title and to an appearance in the state finals. Millian also led the Knights’ boys bowling team to a NJIC Patriot championship in 2013. Millian was named the NJIC Patriot league coach of the year.

Millian and other award recipients were honored at the Pines Manor in Edison New Jersey on Monday.
