Bon Secours New York Health System Hosts Annual Board Retreat to Enhance Care and Discuss Health Care Reform

Bon Secours New York Health System (BSNY) hosted its annual board retreat on Friday, October 11, 2013, in the Community Room of BSNY’s Schervier Apartments. BSNY board members and executive team members attended the retreat as an ongoing educational and developmental opportunity, to enhance the high level of care provided to its elderly community. This year focused on discussing healthcare reform, changing the culture at BSNY and developing customer service plans. The group also welcomed Jim Clyne, President and CEO of LeadingAge New York, as the guest speaker to discuss the strategic outlook for long-term care services in New York, including the challenges and opportunities for not-for-profit providers.
