New Milford HS Principal Offers Tips for a Successful School Year

Need a few tips on managing the ever so complex student-teacher-parent relationship? Here are some tips straight from the NMHS principal.

Eric Sheninger, principal of New Milford High School, shared his views on how to have a successful school year with the nation in an article that USA Today ran over the weekend.

Sheninger mentions the value that coaches and advisors play in student’s lives and the importance of keeping an eye on and even embrace social media.

“Social media and the Internet are changing the way society communicates, and many teachers are embracing new technologies as a way of engaging parents,” Sheninger wrote in the article.

"My vision is for every high school around the country to have its own native mobile app," Sheninger wrote in a blog.
