Tuesday in New Milford: Farm Cooking in River Edge

Learn all about healthy homegrown herbs and their health benefits from local farmer, Meg Low.

Meg Low of Fresh and Fancy Farms in New Milford will be hosting a presentation Healthy Homegrown Herbs at the River Edge Public Library from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m Tuesday. 

Join Meg as she talks about the health benefits of homegrown herbs and how to utilize them. 

During the presentation, Meg will give out samples of seasonal farm fresh teas and jams and demonstrate how to make teas and infused waters using home grown herbs. She will also talk about how to dry and store herbs in your home.
