Bergen County Celebrates Juneteenth [PHOTOS]

Overpeck County park was home to the annual Juneteenth celebration Saturday, an event marking the anniversary of the end of slavery in Texas June 19, 1865, about 18 months after President Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation.
