The event will be held at the Colonia Country Club located at 300 Colonia Boulevard in Colonia, NJ.

The event will feature a special Posche fashion show hosted by Kim DePaola from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Step It Up Events and Brett's Fire Photos Photography. Participants will enjoy FREE Door Prizes, a Cocktail Hour Reception, Sit Down Dinner, DJ, Dancing, Alcohol Beverage Ticket and MORE!

Cheryl is a local single mother of a 14-year old son who developed Scoliosis after an accident at age 16 that required her to have surgery done on her spine. Even with her spine partially fused she attended school for three years to become a Dental Hygienist. Upon graduating in 1992, Cheryl was able to support herself and her future family. Unfortunately, her conditioned worsened and Cheryl required a second surgery to repair damage to her spine caused by extra wear and tear on her vertebrae below her original fusion. She is currently fused from T3 to S1, between her upper shoulder blades to almost the base of her spine. She has metal rods and cages along with seven screws supporting her spine along with Infuse, a bone graft substitute. Shortly after the second surgery, Cheryl developed Failed Back Syndrome, FBS for short. The main symptom of FBS is chronic pain along with Parathesia/Numbness which causes painful burning in her right leg and arm. She is presently scheduled to have another surgery on her neck to repair three broken neck (vertebrae). Due to the chronic pain, she is no longer able to work to support her son and herself and is surviving on child support and the goodness of family and friends.
