St. Matthew's Church is organizing a town-wide garage sale for Sept. 24. Maps can be picked up beginning at 8:45 a.m. at St. Matthew's as well as Gloria Dei Church on River Road.
The cost to participate is $15 with checks made payable to St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Deadline is Sept. 19.

More About Saint Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church
Saint Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church is the oldest church in continuous operation in New Milford; it is part of the Missouri Synod. Prayer services take place each weekday; it also holds services Wednesday and Saturday evenings as well as Sunday mornings. Sunday school runs from September to June for children in the congregation, except for the first Sunday of each month, when children are invited to attend the worship service.
