DESCRIPTION:On Sunday November 18 4:30pm at Macculloch Hall Historical Mu
 seum Executive Director Carrie Fellows will present &ldquo\;Fashions in 
 the Age of Austen&rdquo\;\, an exploration of women&rsquo\;s fashion enc
 ompassing 1790 &ndash\; 1817. Using images from the period\, photos of s
 urviving garments\, silhouettes in the Museum&rsquo\;s collection and ha
 ndsewn reproduction clothing\, Fellows will illustrate the Regency silho
 uette.&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nThis program is presented in conjunction with th
 e current exhibit in the school room gallery.&nbsp\; On display are vivi
 d examples of the antique Oriental rug collection will be hung in the mu
 seum's first floor gallery\, complemented by textbook examples of fine p
 orcelain\, silver\, glass and furniture collected by Museum founder\, W.
  Parsons Todd.&nbsp\; &ldquo\;A Fine Collection: Treasures from the Vaul
 t&rdquo\; has a perimeter layout which leaves the center of the room ope
 n for a series of speakers and musical programming taking place in conju
 nction with the exhibit over the next several months.&nbsp\; Programs in
  conjunction with the exhibit take place with music on the first Sunday 
 at 4:30pm and speakers on the third Sunday of the month November through
  June (no programs in January).\n&nbsp\;\nTickets for Sunday programs wi
 ll go on sale from 1pm on the day of the program\, no advance sales.&nbs
 p\; A separate ticket ($12) is required for the musical programs\; disco
 unted ($10) for members\, Seniors\, Students and those who purchased a M
 useum tour ticket that afternoon.&nbsp\; House tours (regular admission 
 applies) take place throughout the afternoon\, the last tour leaves at 3
 pm. The upstairs galleries will remain open until 4:30pm\, the &ldquo\;A
  Fine Collection&rdquo\; exhibit will close at 3pm in preparation for th
 e program. Tickets to hear speakers are Adults $8\; Seniors &amp\; Stude
 nts $6\; Children 6 &ndash\; 12 $4. Members and children under 5 are fre
 e. Speaker tickets include admission to take part in a house tour if vis
 itors arrive during the afternoon and sign up to tour.&nbsp\; Now is a g
 reat time to purchase a membership to the museum which offers unlimited 
 visits to exhibits\, tours and discounts for special programs. Membershi
 ps are available for purchase during touring hours or via www.macculloch
 hall.org&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nMacculloch Hall  Historical Museum preserves t
 he history of the Macculloch-Miller families\, the Morris area community
 \, and the legacy of its founder W. Parsons Todd through its historic si
 te\, collections\, exhibits\, and educational and cultural programs. The
  Museum is open to tour the house and view exhibits on Wednesdays\, Thur
 sdays &amp\; Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m. Adults $8\; Seniors &amp\; Student
