Thank you Mr. Gadaleta, for a clear professional opinion on a significant investment that this town Read Morewill be making. One can only hope this stops being a political hot potato and reasonable dialog can commence. Spending $5 million dollars for, what in your professional experience, has many details overlooked would be a travesty. Would love to see a rebuttal based upon facts, not political mud slinging. Again all residents should thank yet another "professional" resident who is offering their professional experience and opinions to ensure a better community.

The silence is deafening. What firm is responsible for these original plans and how much did weRead Morepay? Why has the M&C wasted time and money on a plan that clearly won't do, without putting forth any forethought or planning? Let's not make this another mistake by New Milford by rushing through the planning stage and then realize the drawbacks afterward. At a time where we should be cutting back, New Milford is still continuing to grow and improve. I agree changes are needed, but haste makes waste, and our taxes can't afford it! Take the time to plan and do the job properly. Any job worth doing, is worth doing well. New Milford can't afford any more mistakes!

Asskisser, I have NeveR had ANY responsibility for anyone in the flood zone. My district is half aRead Morem ile away. HAD it been in my district, I would have personally visited EVERY one of my voters and told them exactly what was happening! and the voters in my district know that! I have compassion and sympathy for the flood victims. Also, anger for them being used in this hoax. HOW IN THE HELL is stopping over development helping the flooding situation? The big deal story was - concrete walkways for businesses would not absorb the overflow of water. GUESS what? Foundations on homes aren't too good at absorbing water, NOR the streets and avenues leading to those 24 homes. At least if there had BEEN SincerE talks and negotiations, there would have been a compromise and levees or other such flood relief measures wold have been a mandate. BUT as YOU said: SOD had NO interest in the homes in the flood zone, you all were only interested in stopping overdevelopment!

If you want to quote me do so correctly. I said SOD stands for stop over developement, not saveRead Morehous es in the flood zone. That doesn't mean they don't care about the flooding victims, just that it is not what SOD stands for (meaning the letters, if you are that dense). As far as you not helping flood zone people, it's sad that you think them not being in your district is an excuse. If you cared as much as you claim to, district lines only a half mile away shouldn't have mattered. You're using excuses just like rest of the people in power who did nothing when they had the chance and now sit back and play the blame game. You did nothing when you had the opportunity and neither did your son. Now you want to blame an organization that has only been around a few years for all the flooding and poor planning of our leaders past and present, republican and democrat? I don't buy it, and neither do alot of others in this town.

No, the bottom line is - YOU said the above! and I will absolutely use it. "useless theRead Moremight y" would sell his house in a minute if he gets his price. AND every homeowner in that zone who can't sell their home will forever have to deal with flooding because of him and his SODinistas. You are right to an extent. SOD looooves austin, hedy, mike and rundi. and THEY also will hear all about it. BTW, do ANY of them live in the flood zone? Noooo.. Just HOW MANY residents of the flood zone are thrilled that they will ALWAYS be flooded out now? If it had been my district, I would have demanded talks with the developers. BTW, who IS/ARE the County Committee representatives up there anyway? You throw my son up... He was President for 5 months. WHERE was connor during Darren's previous and post years? Paige Ryan has been on the SOD mailing list as far back as 2012 - where was she publicly? NOWHERE! One axiom I have found to be totally true: The people vote in the government they deserve. Just look back at austin and hedy, theor spat cost the town $38,000.00. then - "pay me to be your campaign manager and I'll vote for your spouse to be town attorney". "Yes, he earns $20,000.00, but he does bring in $5,000.00.." If the flood zone district comes out for the SOD scheme team, they deserve them.

Side effect of having a lush green lawn. Not much you can do except constantly chasing them away.

Ya know....for a supposed "lady" who gets annoyed at my rhetoric, why do you callRead Moreyourself "asskissinglass"? You are as phony as anyone I know. "Ohhhh the children!!!!!" who the hell is kidding who? I wanted a wall put up TO PROTECT the school property! No, the Dems did NOT cause the floods, BUT how many of the entire Dem club backed NO development and consequently, NO hope for protecting the area. btw, how come useless gave up on SOD? Has he already bowed to the altar of the DB's? He better do a LOT of research on step n fetch it. At least Austin essentially told De Baron where he could stick his demand for town attorney!

Again with the name. I don't question any of the many monikers you use. Why the obsession withRead Moremine? Perhaps because you don't like strong women? Why do you care what name I choose? Must you control that too? I'm sorry you don't know who I am, and my apologies to the poor woman you were referring to thinking it was me. Your rude comments were thoughtless and immature and I'm sure whoever you were describing is a lovely woman. The only thing that annoys me about your rhetoric are your personal attacks. This lass will continue to kick ass as long as it continues.
