Red is one happy-go-lucky adolescent who still shows some puppy behaviors at 11-months-old. He will need plenty of time and patience when he is taken to his new home. Energetic and playful, his new family should start from the basics and work their way up. Although he gets aroused pretty quickly, he calms down nicely and is very responsive to training. Confident leaders, be warned, this is going to be one awesome project. This handsome pooch will need a strong handler who can give him some structure and routine so he can feel more balanced. A.L. is a medium-haired domestic cat around 5 to 7 years old. He has all 4 paws declawed and it’s believed this may make him feel unsafe around other cats. He is very sweet, but can be nervous at times. Please go slow when meeting this beautiful boy! ID# 87980
Dutch is a whirlwind who would make a great dog for an active family looking for the perfect running partner. He came to the shelter as a stray and has some unusual acrobatic skills. He's great at catching treats out of the air. This pogo stick is quite successful at climbing and jumping over his kennel. His new owners should NEVER leave him alone outside. He can most definitely jump over fences and run away. This 6 year old Bull Terrier Mix has plenty of energy to keep you busy for ages. ID#88121
This Basset Hound is as full of spunk and lively as ever. Sadly its Freckles second stay at the shelter as a previous adopter was not ready for the work that had to be done and now the shelter seeks a stronger and more confident owner for him. To avoid Freckles from being brought back, the shelter seeks a family who understands his needs and are willing to provide a more balanced and routine oriented lifestyle. At 3-4 years old, he is a lot of fun and will simply require a lot of energy release and basic training. ID#88175
Trisha is scared at the shelter. Please go slow when meeting this cat. She came from a home with several other cats, so we know she will be ok in a home with another cat. Trisha is about 2-3 years old. ID# 88139
