The Gibbs School 5th grade fundraising committee recently hosted a PTO sponsored clothing and accessory sale at Gibbs School, with proceeds going towards graduation preparations for the Class of 2013.
Over $400 was raised with the leftover items purchased by a company called Fashion Republic.
According to Danielle LoPorto, "We offered the community quality clothing at a steep discount, we kept it out of landfills and reduced our footprint by reusing."
"And the best part?" she added. "All of the remaining items will go to people in need around the world. Can you say WIN WIN WIN?"
