This weekend, Giants fans descended upon The Shops at Riverside as former Giants quarterback and Hackensack University Medical Center teamed up in the American Heart Association’s fight against heart disease to raise awareness of cardiovascular disease and empower people to reduce their risk.
Cardiovascular health screenings will be conducted and include body fat composition and blood pressure checks. While Simms shared his top 10 heart health tips.
