New Milford Chamber of Commerce Hosts New Year's Eve Gala
Why travel when you can party in your own backyard?
The New Milford Chamber of Commerce is hosting a New Year's Eve Gala Monday, Dec. 31, at the Elks Lodge on Patrolman Ray Woods Lane from 9 pm to 2 am.
There will be two live rock bands -- 3D Rock Band and That 60's Band. Hot Party DJ's will be the evening's disc jockeys.
In addition to non-stop music, the evening includes a buffet dinner, hats and noisemakers, champagne toast, desserts and a continental breakfast.
Tickets are $65 per person in advance, $75 each at the door.
Support your local Chamber of Commerce while having a blast with your neighbors ringing in the New Year.

Are there any kid friendly events for New Years eve in town or in the New Milford area. We used to go to Seaside Heights for First night but I doubt they are having that this year.

Monday, children can decorate their own New Year's Eve hats so they can ring in 2013 at the NJ Children's Museum, 599 Valley Health Plaza, Paramus. Unfortunately, most town's First Night celebrations have fallen victim to the economy.

Ann, Seaside Heights had a nice first night during the day but I don't think they are ding one this year after Sandy. Thank you for all your work.
