Missing Mother, Children Found Safe
Police say Anne Zgonena and her three children are safe and in an undisclosed location.
A mother and her three children were found safe on Tuesday, a day after they were reported missing in Fort Lee, police said.
Anne Zgonena, 40, along with her two daughters, 9-year-old Kate and 7-year-old Emma, and 3-year-old son Nicholas, "are all OK and in an undisclosed location," Detective Sgt. Leonard Cottrell said Tuesday.
Police had asked for the public's help in searching for Zgonena and her children Monday night, after they had not been seen since that morning.
Cottrell said the woman and her children were in an undisclosed location. Police declined to release any further information Tuesday.

Truly comforting to know. Hope that Anne's safety and emotional needs can be met now that impending danger has surfaced.

Glad to hear that the kids & Anne are safe & in a good place. It's a shame that she has to go in "hiding" because of her husband. Good luck, Anne!
