Hmmmmm, it's going to be very interesting to see how the new maps impact the United Water property. Perhaps that's the reason for Hekemian's revised plans. Perhaps they know that the area originally slated for 221 apartments and a 4 story parking garage are areas that will now be banned from that type of development due to flooding. One thing is for sure: Hekemian is not looking out for US. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear as if our mayor is either. She continues to have blinders on concerning the detrimental effects of commercial development of that property. Come to Monday night's M&C meeting to let her know that you want to STOP OVERDEVELOPMENT & KEEP NEW MILFORD GREEN!(6:30 PM upstairs, 7:45 in council chambers)
