Have you made your plans yet for Valentine’s Day? It’s a little over a month away but for most busy parents, it’s hard to stop and make plans with the hectic pace of daily family life.

The biggest impediment to a romantic night out for parents is finding a babysitter. The sophomore class at New Milford High School has the solution for you this year. Students and faculty members have planned a “Valentine’s Day Babysitting Night” for borough children in kindergarten through grade five.

For three hours, members of the sophomore class will entertain your children with crafts and movies. Kids will also have a special snack to enjoy while they hang out in the NMHS cafeteria.

The cost for the babysitting service is $15 for the first child and $8 for each additional family in the same immediate family. The service is being offered from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Feb. 14.
